When should equipment be reserved for a competition or trade show?

To ensure optimal organization and the full availability of our teams and equipment, we require organizers to complete their reservation at least 2 weeks before the event.

Do you help with layout design?

As soon as the equipment is booked, our teams are available to assist you with the design of your event layouts for the areas where the equipment will be installed.

Do you provide transportation for equipment to the event venue?

If you wish, our teams can handle the delivery of the equipment to the site, as well as its installation.

How to get a quote for equipment rental?

Click on the "Contact / Quote" button at the top right of this page, then fill out the form with the required key information. Our teams will get back to you afterwards to refine your requirements and provide a detailed quote.

How are equipment delivery and collection organized?

There are two options: either our teams handle the delivery and collection of the equipment, or the organizer takes responsibility for the round-trip transport of the rented equipment.
